The Historical Society of Florham Park
The Historical Society is managed by a Board of Trustees, elected to one-year terms by the general membership on July 1 each year. The Board manages the administrative and business affairs of the Society in accordance with By-Laws that are reviewed - periodically or from time to time - by the Board. Officers of the Historicall Society are aided by standing committees, composed of member volunteers across several activities deemed crucial to the conduct of the Society and its mission.
